Dr. Shweta Ashok More is a Quality Assurance professional, researcher, and scientific writer with more than five years of experience in pharmaceutical quality systems, regulatory compliance, validation, and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry and an M.Pharm in Quality Assurance, with expertise spanning formulation and quality management systems, data integrity, risk management, and regulatory documentation. She has worked with leading pharmaceutical organizations including Micro Labs Ltd. as Executive – Corporate QA and Pioneer Pharma as QA Officer (API), while also serving as Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance at VESCOP and Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Pharmacy, Mumbai. Dr. More is an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP-certified professional, and Internal Auditor trained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
