Product Introduction:

Actilyse 50mg Injection is classified as a thrombolytic medication and is used to treat various medical conditions, such as Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS), Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), and Acute Massive Pulmonary Embolism (PE). It effectively reduces mortality and incidence of heart failure by dissolving blood clots that obstruct blood flow to the affected tissue.

To administer Actilyse 50mg Injection, a doctor injects it directly into a vein as soon as possible after the first signs of a heart attack, stroke, or pulmonary embolism are observed. Your vital signs, such as breathing, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, will be closely monitored during and after the treatment. Additionally, you may be given another medication to prevent the formation of new blood clots.

Before taking Actilyse 50mg Injection, inform your doctor of any allergies and medications you are currently using. Additionally, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. The use of this medication may be affected by other medical conditions, such as active internal bleeding, recent intracranial or intraspinal surgery, serious head trauma, intracranial conditions that may increase the risk of bleeding, bleeding diathesis, current severe uncontrolled hypertension, current intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and history of recent stroke. It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption during Actilyse 50mg Injection therapy.

Actilyse 50mg Injection may not be suitable for everyone, and there is a long list of medical conditions where it should not be administered. Your healthcare team will require detailed knowledge of your medical history before giving you this medication.
