Serious

• Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis, a rare metabolic complication that can occur without high blood glucose.
• Severe urinary tract infection or pyelonephritis requiring medical attention.
• Acute kidney injury, particularly in patients with pre‑existing renal impairment.

When prescribing Glusod, clinicians should evaluate patient history and monitor for conditions that could be worsened by SGLT2 inhibition.
