Gosall (Bilastine)

Gosall is indicated for the management of allergic conditions that involve histamine release. It is commonly prescribed for the following clinical situations:

• Seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis
• Chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives)
• Allergic conjunctivitis associated with rhinitis
• Relief of itching, sneezing, and nasal congestion caused by allergens

Common

• Headache
• Dry mouth
• Fatigue or drowsiness (rare for second‑generation antihistamines)
• Nausea

Serious

• Severe skin rash or Stevens‑Johnson syndrome
• Anaphylactic reactions such as swelling of the face, lips, or throat
• Cardiac arrhythmias (very rare)
• Persistent tachycardia

• Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience dizziness.
