Common

• Dry mouth, which can be managed with adequate hydration or saliva substitutes.

Serious

• Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) presenting with rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulty; requires immediate medical attention.
• Cardiac arrhythmias or QT‑interval prolongation, which may be identified on ECG and necessitate cardiac monitoring.
• Persistent or worsening nausea and vomiting despite therapy, indicating possible inadequate control and need for alternative treatment.
