Gremer is indicated for several clinical situations where anticoagulation is required.

Common

• Minor gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea or dyspepsia.

• Transient increase in liver enzyme levels.

Serious

• Major bleeding events, including intracranial hemorrhage.
• Gastrointestinal bleeding requiring medical attention.
• Severe allergic reactions such as rash, itching, or swelling.
• Thrombocytopenia (low platelet count).

Before initiating Gremer, clinicians should evaluate several precautionary factors to minimize risk.

• Assess renal and hepatic function, as impairment can affect drug clearance.
• Review patient history for prior bleeding disorders or recent major surgery.
• Use cautiously in elderly patients due to increased bleeding susceptibility.
• Avoid use during pregnancy and lactation unless benefits outweigh risks.
