Gripex Noc is indicated for short‑term relief of several common cold and flu manifestations.

The combination of four active ingredients can produce a range of expected and less common reactions.

Common

• Drowsiness or mild sedation.
• Dry mouth or throat.
• Nausea or mild stomach upset.
• Slight increase in heart rate or mild palpitations.

Serious

• Severe allergic reaction (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing).
• Persistent high blood pressure.

• Other antihistamines or sedatives, which may increase drowsiness.
• Certain antidepressants (e.g., SSRIs) that may interact with dextromethorphan.

Use with caution

• Beta‑blockers, as pseudoephedrine may reduce their effectiveness.
• Anticoagulants, because high‑dose paracetamol can affect platelet function.
• Antihypertensive drugs, since pseudoephedrine may counteract blood‑pressure control.
• Alcohol, which can increase liver strain from paracetamol.
