Common

• Severe hypertension, especially when lying down.

• Ischemic events such as angina.

Because Gutron influences vascular tone and blood pressure, several precautions should be observed before and during therapy.

• Avoid use in patients with severe cardiac disease or uncontrolled hypertension.
• Monitor supine blood pressure regularly.
• Caution in individuals with renal or hepatic impairment.
• Do not administer to patients with pheochromocytoma.
