Serious

• Thromboembolic complications such as deep‑vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, or arterial clot formation.
• Hemolysis, acute kidney injury, or other renal impairment linked to infusion‑related immune responses.
• Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) triggered by uncontrolled activation of the coagulation cascade.
