Haloxen is indicated for schizophrenia, acute psychotic episodes, short‑term agitation control, adjunctive treatment of Tourette syndrome, and management of delirium in intensive‑care settings.

Regular monitoring may include ECG for QT interval, assessment of movement disorders, complete blood counts for agranulocytosis, and evaluation of metabolic parameters.
