Haylief Hayfever & Allergy is indicated for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with common allergic conditions.

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and nasal congestion.
• Perennial allergic rhinitis caused by indoor allergens like dust mites or pet dander.
• Acute urticaria (hives) presenting with itchy, raised skin welts.
• Relief of itching and swelling associated with mild skin allergies.
• Management of allergic conjunctivitis symptoms when oral therapy is preferred.

The safety profile of loratadine includes both frequent, mild reactions and rare, potentially serious events.

Common

• Headache.
• Dry mouth.
• Fatigue or mild drowsiness.
• Nausea.
• Upper respiratory tract infection symptoms (e.g., sore throat).

Serious

• Severe skin reactions such as Stevens‑Johnson syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis.
• Anaphylaxis or severe allergic response.
• Rapid or irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia).
• Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat (angioedema).
• Liver enzyme abnormalities.
