Serious

• Iron overload symptoms (e.g., vomiting, abdominal pain, lethargy) in case of accidental overdose.
• Persistent vomiting leading to dehydration.
• Signs of gastrointestinal bleeding (e.g., black tarry stools, blood in vomit).
• Severe abdominal pain with signs of intestinal obstruction.
