• Chlorhexidine dihydrochloride is a cationic bisbiguanide that binds to negatively charged bacterial cell walls, disrupting membrane integrity and precipitating intracellular contents, leading to cell death. Benzocaine is an ester local anesthetic that reversibly blocks voltage‑gated sodium channels in peripheral nerve membranes, preventing depolarization and providing topical analgesia. Both agents act locally, minimizing systemic absorption.

Oral application of Hexoraletten N may be associated with local adverse reactions, most of which are mild and transient.

Common
