• Mucopolysaccharide polysulphate is a heparinoid that binds to plasma proteins and endothelial surfaces, inhibiting thrombin and factor Xa activity. By reducing fibrin formation it limits local clotting, while its negative charge interferes with leukocyte adhesion and cytokine release, thereby decreasing inflammation. The compound also enhances capillary permeability and promotes venous return, supporting microcirculatory flow and helping to resolve edema in the treated area.
