• Mucopolysaccharide polysulfuric acid ester is believed to act locally by enhancing microcirculatory blood flow and promoting fibrinolysis, which helps to break down fibrin deposits in the interstitial space. The compound may also increase capillary permeability, facilitating the removal of excess fluid and inflammatory mediators, thereby reducing edema and supporting the resolution of bruising without significant systemic absorption.
