Ibuxal Plus combines ibuprofen and paracetamol to address pain and fever through anti‑inflammatory and antipyretic mechanisms.

• Mild to moderate pain: provides analgesic relief for headaches, musculoskeletal discomfort, dental pain and other everyday aches.
• Fever: lowers elevated body temperature associated with infections or inflammatory conditions.

• Ibuprofen inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX‑1 and COX‑2) enzymes, decreasing peripheral prostaglandin synthesis and reducing inflammation and pain. Paracetamol acts centrally, inhibiting COX activity within the brain and modulating serotonergic pathways, producing analgesic and antipyretic effects without significant peripheral anti‑inflammatory activity.
