• Inderal is a non‑selective beta‑adrenergic antagonist used in several cardiovascular and neurologic conditions.

• Propranolol Hydrochloride acts as a non‑selective β‑adrenergic receptor antagonist, blocking β1 receptors in the heart and β2 receptors in peripheral vessels and bronchial smooth muscle. This inhibition reduces heart rate, myocardial contractility, and renin release, leading to decreased cardiac output and lower systemic blood pressure.
