• Infectoscab is a topical scabicide that acts on ectoparasitic mites causing skin infestation.

• Permethrin binds to neuronal sodium channels of arthropods, prolonging channel opening and causing repetitive nerve firing. This disrupts normal nerve impulse transmission, leading to paralysis and death of the mite. The effect is localized to the skin where the product is applied, with minimal systemic absorption.

Topical application of Infectoscab may cause skin reactions of varying intensity.
