Inhibace Plus (Cilazapril, Hydrochlorothiazide)

Inhibace Plus is used to manage high blood pressure by targeting the renin‑angiotensin system and promoting diuresis.

• Hypertension: lowers systolic and diastolic pressure through vasodilation and reduced blood volume.
• Essential hypertension: provides effective control when monotherapy is insufficient.
• Combination therapy hypertension: offers a single‑pill option for patients requiring both an ACE inhibitor and a thiazide diuretic.

• Cilazapril inhibits angiotensin‑converting enzyme, decreasing formation of angiotensin II and thereby reducing vasoconstriction and aldosterone release. Hydrochlorothiazide blocks NaCl reabsorption in the distal convoluted tubule, increasing urinary sodium and water excretion, which lowers circulating blood volume and contributes to blood‑pressure reduction.

Adverse reactions may occur with any antihypertensive combination.
