Intratect (Human Normal Immunoglobulin)

Intratect, a human normal immunoglobulin, is used in conditions requiring replacement of IgG antibodies.

• Intratect supplies a broad spectrum of pooled IgG antibodies derived from healthy donors, providing passive immunity by neutralizing pathogens and toxins. The infused IgG also modulates immune system activity through Fc receptor binding, inhibition of complement activation, and regulation of cytokine production, thereby reducing autoimmune-mediated tissue damage.

Common Side Effects
