Irbesartan/Hydrochlorothiazide is used to manage high blood pressure by targeting the renin‑angiotensin system and promoting diuresis.

• Irbesartan selectively blocks AT1 receptors, preventing angiotensin II‑mediated vasoconstriction and aldosterone release, which lowers systemic vascular resistance.
