Jox (Allantoin, Povidone, Iodinated)

Jox is an oral antiseptic that acts on the oral microbial environment to reduce infection risk and promote tissue health.

• Iodine released from the povidone‑iodine complex rapidly penetrates microbial cell walls, causing protein denaturation and cell death. Povidone serves as a carrier that stabilises iodine, prolonging its antimicrobial activity. Allantoin supports epithelial regeneration and soothes mucosal tissue, enhancing the overall antiseptic effect within the oral cavity.
