Jox (Allantoin, Povidone, Iodinated)

Jox is an antiseptic that acts on the oral mucosa and minor superficial lesions.

• Oral mucositis: helps reduce microbial load and supports tissue comfort during chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
• Minor oral lesions: assists in cleaning and protecting small cuts, abrasions, or ulcerations in the mouth.

• Jox combines povidone‑iodine, which releases free iodine to rapidly kill bacteria, fungi and viruses, with allantoin that promotes epithelial regeneration and moisturisation. The iodinated component provides broad‑spectrum antimicrobial activity, while povidone acts as a carrier that sustains iodine release at the site of application, and allantoin supports healing of the mucosal surface.

Jox may cause local reactions at the site of application.
