Koleklin (Rosuvastatin)

Koleklin (rosuvastatin) is indicated for disorders of lipid metabolism and cardiovascular risk reduction.

• Hypercholesterolemia: reduces low‑density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and total cholesterol levels.
• Primary prevention of cardiovascular disease: lowers the incidence of myocardial infarction, stroke and related events in at‑risk individuals.
• Secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease: helps prevent recurrent events in patients with established coronary artery disease.
• Mixed dyslipidemia: improves the overall lipid profile by decreasing LDL and triglycerides while modestly raising high‑density lipoprotein (HDL).
