Laxido Orange, an osmotic laxative, is indicated for conditions affecting bowel transit and stool consistency.

• Opioid‑induced constipation: alleviates reduced gastrointestinal motility caused by opioid therapy, restoring normal stool passage.
• Functional bowel disorders: assists in managing functional constipation associated with irritable bowel syndrome, improving stool frequency and consistency.

• Macrogol 3350 creates an osmotic gradient in the intestinal lumen, retaining water within the gut. The retained water softens fecal mass and increases stool volume, which stimulates peristalsis and facilitates the passage of stool. The accompanying electrolytes (sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride) help preserve electrolyte balance while the osmotic effect promotes bowel evacuation.
