Leponex (Clozapine)

Leponex (clozapine) is used in the management of serious psychiatric disorders that involve dopamine dysregulation.

• Schizophrenia: reduces both positive symptoms such as hallucinations and negative symptoms like social withdrawal in patients who have not responded adequately to other antipsychotics.
• Schizoaffective disorder: stabilizes mood disturbances and psychotic features when standard mood stabilizers and antipsychotics are insufficient.
