Manti, an antacid combination, is used to manage conditions related to excess gastric acid and intestinal gas.

• Magnesium hydroxide and aluminium hydroxide act as bases that neutralize hydrochloric acid in the stomach, raising gastric pH. Simeticone is a surfactant that lowers the surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to coalesce and be expelled more easily, thereby reducing abdominal distension and discomfort.

Manti may cause adverse reactions, most of which are mild and transient.
