Nasex Duo (Xylometazoline Hydrochloride, Dexpanthenol)

Nasex Duo combines an alpha‑adrenergic agonist and a skin protectant to address nasal airway obstruction and mucosal irritation.

• Nasal congestion: reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa to improve airflow.
• Rhinitis: alleviates congestion and irritation caused by allergic or non‑allergic inflammation.

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride selectively stimulates alpha‑adrenergic receptors on the nasal submucosal vessels, causing vasoconstriction and reduced mucosal edema. Dexpanthenol is converted to pantothenic acid in the nasal epithelium, promoting cellular repair and maintaining moisture, which together facilitate decongestion and mucosal comfort.
