Nebivolol/Hydrochlorothiazide is indicated for the management of hypertension, a condition characterized by elevated arterial pressure.

• Essential hypertension: lowers systolic and diastolic blood pressure to target levels.

• Nebivolol selectively blocks β1‑adrenergic receptors, reducing heart rate and myocardial contractility, while also stimulating endothelial nitric oxide release to promote vasodilation. Hydrochlorothiazide acts on the distal convoluted tubule by inhibiting the Na⁺/Cl⁻ cotransporter, increasing urinary sodium and water excretion.
