Nurofen Voor Kinderen Suikervrij (Ibuprofen)

• Ibuprofen inhibits the cyclo‑oxygenase (COX‑1 and COX‑2) enzymes, decreasing the synthesis of prostagoralic prostaglandins that mediate inflammation, pain and fever. This enzymatic blockade reduces peripheral inflammation and lowers the hypothalamic set‑point for temperature regulation.
