Olfen (Diclofenac Diethylamine)

Olfen contains diclofenac diethylamine, a non‑steroidal anti‑inflammatory that acts on prostaglandin pathways to reduce inflammation and pain.

• Diclofenac diethylamine inhibits cyclo‑oxygenase (COX‑1 and COX‑2) enzymes in peripheral tissues, decreasing the synthesis of prostaglandins that mediate inflammation, pain and fever. Topical application allows the drug to act locally at the site of injury while limiting systemic exposure.

Olfen may cause local and systemic adverse reactions.
