Ornibel (Ethinylestradiol, Etonogestrel)

Ornibel is a hormonal contraceptive that works within the reproductive hormone pathway to prevent pregnancy.

The estrogen component suppresses the mid‑cycle surge of luteinising hormone, while the progestogen component inhibits follicular development and ovulation, thickens cervical mucus and alters the endometrial lining to prevent implantation.
