Otrivine Anti-Allergie (Fluticasone Propionate)

Otrivine Anti-Allergie is a nasal corticosteroid that acts on allergic inflammation of the nasal passages.

• Allergic rhinitis (seasonal): Reduces nasal itching, sneezing and discharge.
• Allergic rhinitis (perennial): Controls chronic nasal congestion and post‑nasal drip.
• Nasal congestion due to allergy: Improves airflow by decreasing mucosal swelling.

• Fluticasone propionate binds to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors in nasal mucosal cells, altering gene transcription. This down‑regulates pro‑inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, leading to reduced recruitment of inflammatory cells and suppression of the allergic response within the nasal passages.
