• Hydrocortisone binds to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors, altering gene transcription to suppress pro‑inflammatory cytokines and immune cell activation. Oxytetracycline hydrochloride penetrates bacterial cells and chelates divalent cations, inhibiting protein synthesis by blocking the 30S ribosomal subunit, resulting in a broad‑spectrum antibacterial effect.
