Panmyk (Fluprednidene Acetate, Miconazole Nitrate)

Panmyk combines a corticosteroid and an antifungal to address mixed inflammatory and fungal skin disorders.

• Dermatophytosis: reduces fungal growth and inflammation, promoting lesion clearance.

• Fluprednidene acetate binds to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors, altering gene transcription to suppress pro‑inflammatory cytokines and immune cell activation. Miconazole nitrate inhibits the fungal enzyme lanosterol 14α‑demethylase, disrupting ergosterol synthesis and compromising fungal cell membrane integrity, leading to cell death.
