Xylometazoline nasal spray acts on the nasal mucosa to reduce swelling and improve airflow. It is indicated for:

  • Seasonal allergies: helps restore normal breathing.

How It Works

  • Xylometazoline is an alpha‑adrenergic agonist that selectively stimulates alpha‑1 and alpha‑2 receptors in the nasal mucosal blood vessels. This causes vasoconstriction, reducing blood flow and edema in the nasal passages, which opens the airway and eases congestion.
