JAYPIRCA is a Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor used to treat various types of cancer by targeting the B-cell receptor signaling pathway.

• Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL): Used to treat relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma.
• Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL): Used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
• Small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL): Used to treat small lymphocytic lymphoma.

Serious or Rare Side Effects

• Serious infections such as pneumonia, COVID-19, sepsis, and febrile neutropenia
• Hemorrhage

• Serious allergic reactions including rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, and trouble breathing

JAYPIRCA should be used with caution and under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

• Pregnancy: Avoid use during pregnancy as it may harm an unborn baby. Consult your doctor about reliable forms of birth control during treatment and for some time after the last dose.
• Blood Pressure: This medication may raise your blood pressure. Check your blood pressure regularly and inform your doctor if the results are high.
• Drug Interactions: Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking, as JAYPIRCA may interact with other drugs, affecting their effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects.
• Allergic Reactions: Seek immediate medical attention if you experience signs of a serious allergic reaction, such as rash, itching/swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.
• Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is more than 12 hours after the missed dose, skip the missed dose and take your next dose at the regular time. Do not double the dose to catch up.
• Storage: Store at room temperature away from light and moisture. Keep all medications away from children and pets.
