• Peyronie’s disease: Reduces penile curvature by breaking down the fibrous plaques that cause the curvature.

• Xiaflex works by enzymatically degrading collagen in fibrous cords. The active ingredient, collagenase, specifically targets and breaks down the collagen in the affected tissues, leading to cord rupture and improved range of motion in Dupuytren’s contracture and reduced curvature in Peyronie’s disease.

• Corporal rupture or penile fracture.
• Hematoma or blood vessel damage in the penis.
