It was a pleasure to visit and audit the GNH, Mumbai export site. The Quality systems were very precise and allowed for good control over processes, validation and GDP in general. Overall the site was very crisp; it was comparable with some of the best operational/ warehouse/ export sites we have experienced in the US and EU. However, one of the stand out points was the staff who were a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable which made the audit very easy. The other stand out point was the willingness to take on suggestions, ideas and discuss pertinent points – very much a 2-way process and good learning for all involved. Great job team GNH India
